Fair Trade

The Catholic Community of Christ our Light has committed itself to serving only fair trade coffee at parish events and meetings. In addition to this, there are also several fair trade awareness raising activities during the year.

This past year we had a holiday fair trade festival, a sale of fair trade coffee, tea and cocoa at the parish breakfast and a Valentine/Lenten sale of chocolate, soups, coffee and tea.

There is a fair trade working group. If you would like to get involved in the working group, contact Pat Slater, Pastoral Associate for Justice and Community Outreach.
