Children's Choir
The age of children’s choir members ranges from Grade 2 through Grade 8. The choirs sing on average once per month at the 9am Mass, as well as other parish special events and celebrations. The children’s choir leads assembly song, and performs other pieces of music within the liturgy. Children in grades 6-8 are encouraged to begin training for the ministry of cantor. Rehearsals are Wednesday 5-6pm.

9am Music Ministry
The members of the 9am Music Ministry sing and play to accompany the 9am weekly Sunday Liturgy, as well as combine with the other music ministries for special parish events and celebrations at other Mass times when necessary. This SATB vocal group will be complemented with an instrumental ensemble of piano, guitar, bass, drums, etc. and solo instruments, and have a focus on more contemporary music, but music of all styles and genres will be in the repertoire. All voice parts and instruments are needed and welcome. Instrumentalists should be proficient on his/her instrument at a basic level. Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings, 7-9 pm in the Church.

11am Music Ministry
The members of the 11am Music Ministry sing and play to accompany the 11am weekly Sunday Liturgy, as well as combine with the other music ministries for special parish events and celebrations at other Mass times when necessary. This ministry will be based around an SATB choir, piano and organ accompaniment, and solo instruments with a focus on various styles and genres of music. All voice parts and instruments are needed and welcome. Instrumentalists should be proficient on his/her instrument at a basic level.
Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings, 7-9 pm in the Church.

7pm Music Ministry (Youth and Young Adults)
The members of the 7pm Music Ministry sing and play to accompany the 7pm weekly Sunday Liturgy, as well as combine with the other music ministries for special parish events and celebrations at other Mass times when necessary. This ministry will be comprised primarily of high school youth and young adults, and focus on liturgical music ministry to the same age group. More contemporary music will be the focus of this group, with vocal ensemble and piano, guitar, bass, drums, percussion, etc., but all styles and genres of music will be included in the repertoire. All voice parts and instruments are needed and welcome. Instrumentalists should be proficient on his/her instrument at a basic level. Rehearsals are Monday evening, 7-9 pm in the Church.

Cantors and Psalmists
Cantors are the leaders of song during liturgy. The cantor’s responsibilities include leading the assembly in hymns, songs and responses, teaching new music, and proclaiming the Responsorial Psalm when necessary. Cantors will meet/rehearse as a group weeknights once per month, and attend some choir rehearsals. The psalmist leads the assembly in the refrain, and proclaims the verses, of the Responsorial Psalm.

Music Ministry Coordinators
Each ministry within the Parish Music Ministry will have a coordinator serving as the contact person for the ministry. The coordinator distributes and communicates information including schedules, the calendar, updates, music lists, etc. to members of his/her ministry in coordination with the Pastoral Associate for Worship and Music. The coordinators meet regularly with the Pastoral Associate, Assistant for Worship and Music and other liturgical coordinators for planning, evaluation, and development of Musical Liturgy.
Instrumentalists
All instrumentalists are welcome to accompany Parish Liturgy. While most musicians will be a member of one of the above ministries, additional instruments are needed for Holy Days and other parish events and celebrations. Contact Mike Bedics for information.
